REGISTRATION REFUNDS AND TRANSFERS

REGISTRATION   REFUND POLICY

Attendees seeking a refund must cancel all registrations no later than March 31, 2023. You will receive a refund of your or your guest fees, minus the service fee of $150.00. This service fee covers the cost of the 2023 Conclave gift item that will be mail to your permanent address (no PO boxes). Requests for refunds must be received via an email message to [email protected] no later than March 31, 2023.

REGISTRATION   TRANSFER

A Conclave registration may be transferred between financial members through   MARCH 31, 2023. The current registration rate at the time of the transfer will apply. Additional registration fees will be due from the transferee if the registration is transferred after a rate increase deadline.  A guest registration may also be transferred under the same terms. Written authorization must be received from both the transferor and transferee before the transfer can be processed.
