Conclave 2023 attendees designated as the primary delegate and/or alternate delegate representing their respective chapter and other qualified voting members, must be present at the Conclave as an in-person registrant. Each delegate must provide official confirmation of their eligibility status from the International Headquarters. Each chapter must complete the appropriate form in the Delegate Certification Section in BluPrint Chapter Portal. No written or emailed delegate selection forms will be accepted.
