PAYMENT OPTIONS

The Conclave payment method of the registration fees and a la carte event tickets is Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity’s BluPrint Database System. Please note that all credit card payments will be charged a 4% processing fee. Additionally, funds can be remitted from your Phi Beta Sigma Federal Credit Union   account for registration  payments. Please make direct contact with the Phi Beta Sigma Federal Credit Union.

The cut-off date for registration is May 31, 2023.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION

Register online or by email to receive an electronic confirmation receipt. Please contact the Conclave Planning Team at [email protected] if your confirmation receipt is not received.

REGISTRATION MATERIALS

All Conclave materials will be available for pick-up beginning at 9:00am on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at the Conclave Registration Desk at the Marriott Marquis Houston Hotel.

Pre-registered Brothers and  guests MUST provide their Conclave 2023 Registration Confirmation and a government issued photo ID to receive your Conclave materials.
